The quote tool

The quote form requests six items: your gender, birthdate, self-rated health status, tobacco use, desired coverage amount and preferred term. These go to the carriers' quoting system to generate rates but aren't stored here. You don't provide a name, address, phone or email just to see rates. Identical repeated requests may come from a brief cache rather than querying the carriers again.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your answers are used to pre-fill a secure application on the carriers' platform, and you'll be subject to their privacy policies from that point on. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), administers the application.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, what the message is about, and your message itself. It gets emailed to the agency with your email as the return address. This website doesn't archive messages, maintain a submission database, or log what you wrote. A brief anti-spam verification happens in your browser before you hit send.

Measurement

We measure page visits with first-party, cookie-free analytics hosted on this domain itself. No cookies, no stored identifiers—we mask two octets of your IP before logging, strip query strings from referrers, and erase raw logs after 90 days. Visitors using Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are never counted.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share data, don't place ads trackers, don't use third-party analytics. The sole third-party code is the carriers' application software, which runs only on the application page.
